IIM SAP 2025 – Cutoffs, Registration, Key Dates

IIM SAP 2025, or the IIM Supplementary Admission Process 2025, is the last opportunity for IIM aspirants with good CAT percentiles. This process, usually initiated after the CAP round culminates, targets students who couldn’t get a shortlist for the CAP round. Based on IIM SAP 2025 cutoffs, students with slightly lower sectional and overall percentiles, as compared to the CAP cutoffs, can also stand a chance to get into a top IIM. This year, two colleges, IIM Bodhgaya and IIM Jammu, are participating in the IIM SAP admission process. Until last year, IIM Sirmaur, too, used to be a part of the SAP process. However, this year, it has opted out of it.

Note – Students already shortlisted for the CAP process will not be shortlisted for the SAP process.

IIM SAP 2025 registration – Step-be-step registration process

The IIM SAP 2025 registration process is pretty straightforward. All you need to do is fill out the online form, submit the necessary documents, and wait for the PI shortlist to be out.

You can complete your IIM SAP registration here – IIM SAP 2025 Registration Form. Just make sure you have digital copies of the following documents in hand while you fill out the form:

1. You’ll need digital copies of your photograph, signature, and ID proof in the right format and size (ideally <1.5 MB in JPG, JPEG, PNG, and PDF formats).
2. You’ll also need your 10th and 12th marksheets to complete the form. Ensure you use the right conversion scale to convert all your CGPA scores into relevant percentages for the IIM SAP registration form. The data input field only allows two decimal points so round off your percentage accordingly.
3. Keep copies of all your semester marksheets and the degree certificate if you graduated before 2025. Same as with your school marksheet, you’ll need to convert your letter grades/CGPA to a percentage as per the conversion rules applicable. 
4. Working professionals should furnish their appointment letter, experience letter, relieving letter (in case they are currently not employed at the same place), and first and last two salary slips as evidence of their work experience. Only work experience gathered after graduation in full-time, remunerative roles is considered relevant.
5. Reserved candidates should upload their latest reservation certificates attested by the relevant authorities.

During the IIM Supplementary Admission Process, the cutoff criteria are relaxed by a few percentile points, allowing a hitherto ineligible pool of candidates to apply to the prestigious IIMs, namely IIM Bodhgaya and IIM Jammu. Each IIM will use a different set of cutoffs and other criteria to create their own composite scores and merit lists. IIM SAP 2025 cutoff – IIM Bodhgaya

IIM SAP cutoff for IIM Bodhgaya MBA and MBA – DBM (Gender-Neutral)

IIM SAP cutoff for IIM Bodhgaya MBA and MBA – DBM (Female candidates for supernumerary seats)

IIM SAP cutoff for IIM Bodhgaya MBA – HHM (Gender-neutral)

IIM SAP cutoff for IIM Bodhgaya MBA – HHM (Female candidates for supernumerary seats)

The supernumerary seats are only for female candidates who have not cleared the gender-neutral SAP IIM cutoff. Their PI will be conducted during the SAP process itself.

IIM SAP 2025 cutoff – IIM Jammu

The IIM Jammu CAT CAP cutoff for 2025 was 95%ile. For the IIM SAP process, it has been reduced to 92%ile. Reserved categories also have been given relaxation in their cutoffs.
