Students should have passed Class 12 from a recognised board in Science or a relevant stream to be admitted to bachelor’s degree programmes in the Central Universities.
Students in Class 12 who are yet to appear for the Board exam are also eligible to apply.

To begin the registration process, candidates must have visited the official website of CUET UG 2025—exams.nta.ac.in/ CUET-UG and click on the tab ‘CUET (UG)—2025 and then click here for registration/Login.’ The screen will now display the CUET UG registration page.

Step 1: Registration

Step 3: Examination Centre Selection:
Candidates must choose two CUET exam centres, states, and cities in the preferential order they wish to appear for the exam.
Step 4: University/Programme Selection
Candidates must apply for one or more universities and programmes from the dropdown menu and click the Add button. They can also change the selected universities/programs by clicking the ‘Update’ tab.
Step 5: Test Paper/ CUET Domain Subject Selection
- Candidates can select a minimum of three and ten subjects or papers only.
- Along with the CUET domain subject selection, candidates must also select the medium or language of the question paper they wish to opt for.
- Candidates with fewer than ten subjects must select the NA: Not Applicable option for the rest of the subjects will fill out the form.
Step 6: Upload Photograph and Signature
At this stage, candidates must upload their scanned photographs and signatures according to the specifications. The below table details the documents to be uploaded.
